What about providing Medical benefits for working less than full time? 20-30 hours week? Folks are tired, and need flexibility. Scholarships are great, but even better is make it (tuition) a benefit of employment without having to apply and do a bunch of work to plead for a few dollars. Pay tuition up front as benefit of employment, full time OR part time. Grow our own Staff, CNA become RN's, ADN's become BSN etc. Alternatively, maybe a Nutrition ambassador becomes a CT tech etc. Providing part time employment with benefits allows folks to go to school and still serve patients, builds loyalty and engagement.

Asking about how satisfied with compensation is an important aspect of job satisfaction but what happens when we live in a union world where that is already negotiated.
